LewderBerry Commissions:
Terms of Service

Version 1.2.2: Valid since August 13th 2025

PRIME CLAUSE:

I am entitled to refuse a commission request for any reason. I do not need to specify why either, nor does the reason need to be explicitly included in this document.
I also have the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

SECTION ONE: How do the commissions work?

The commissioner (that's you!) will first contact the artist (me), preferably either through my Commission Forms or through direct messages on Bluesky, but other methods don't invalidate the process. You'll tell me you'd like to order a commission, what you'd like me to draw, and what price you'd like to pay. It will be assumed that you already have all the money on hand. Please do bring a reference sheet and/or a simple drawing of what you'd like me to draw.

Your real age MUST be somewhere in your bio before you can commission me. I WILL NOT accept commissions from accounts representing minors. If you are younger than 18 years of age, you aren't even supposed to be visiting my account in the first place. That will warrant a block on your account by me until further notice (assume forever).

Payment will be either upfront or after a rough sketch, through Pay Pal. But, if you live in Brazil, I'll also accept payments through the PIX system at a discount of approximately 60%. (de nada! ;] )
All percentage modifications such as the Extra Character Fee are applied over the original price.

Don't be afraid to correct me if the posing or details are off, and preferably do so as early as possible - in the sketch phase for example.

SECTION TWO: What can, or can't you do with the art you purchase?

  1. You may NOT use commissioned art from me for A.I.-generated media, or training material for artificial intelligence.
  2. You may NOT use commissioned art from me for minting into Non-Fungible Tokens or similar use related to the blockchain, NOR are you allowed to pay me with cryptocurrency.
  3. You may NOT use commissioned art from me for commercial purposes.

With that said, you are allowed to use said commissioned art from me on your own social media, as PFPs or in prints for personal use (on a shirt, on poster paper or similar uses while not selling these products). With that said, it is preferred that proper credit (e.g. "@LewderBerry.cc on BlueSky") is given on the same media it is in.

SECTION THREE: What won't I post?

I will NOT post:

SECTION FOUR: What would I post?

Examples of what art I WILL post include but are not limited to:

If there is something else that isn't listed in this document that you'd like to commission, by all means ask me! If it doesn't fall under any items in Section Three, chances are I'll accept it. Though, this does NOT guarantee I will necessarily post your commission publicly.

*Ferals are only allowed if they can pass the Harkness Test.

NOTE: LewderBerry as a Bluesky/FurAffinity account is dedicated to NSFW/kink-related art. If you'd like to commission something safe-for-work, I can link you my SFW BlueSky account, but you are not allowed to make my SFW page publicly known within the LewderBerry accounts. As someone following the Lewderberry Terms of Service, you MUST keep the two publicly separate.

FINAL TERM:

By commissioning me, you agree to the ToS, and that breaching the ToS will result in an immediate cessation of work on the art without refund, along with restriction of its use.
